SCHEDULER

Senior Resource Connection is seeking an experienced SCHEDULER for a full-time position in our Visiting Home Care department.  The position is eligible for a full benefits package including:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

Employee is responsible for coordinating all scheduling of service hours, assisting with Payroll and Billing functions, and completing other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

KNOWLEDGE OF:  Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office products.

ABILITY TO:           Prioritize and balance numerous tasks, work under stressful circumstances, relate well to a variety of individuals, communicate verbally and in writing, provide follow through in all situations, be compassionate and respectful.  Ability to be flexible and willing to learn and implement new procedures and skills.

SKILL IN:                Customer Service, problem solving, attention to detail.
