Senior Resource Connection provides protective case management to those Montgomery County elderly residents who are potentially at risk of abuse, neglect, self-neglect or exploitation.
The process of navigating the system to put services in place for the senior/disabled population can be overwhelming and frustrating. Our case management team assesses their living situation on a regular basis to make sure their needs are being met and to link them to other much needed services for which they would not otherwise be aware.
