Visiting Home Care
For non-medical assistance and companionship, there is nothing better than our Visiting Home Care services. Whether you or a loved one needs assistance with bathing, dressing or meal preparation or just need some extra help in light housekeeping, we can help seniors remain at home when health problems arise. All of our home health care workers have successfully completed approved training programs, are bonded, and have completed authorized criminal background checks. In addition, all home health aides are supervised by Registered Nurses. Visiting Home Care staff are on call 24 hours a day in order to address the ongoing needs of our clients. We have your needs, safety, independence, and self-reliance in mind.
Funding for these services may be provided by the Area Agency on Aging PSA-2, Passport, Comcare, MyCare Ohio, Alzheimer's Association, Veteran's Administration, Greene County Council on Aging, or Private Pay options.

- A Registered Nurse will be scheduled to visit you and your family to develop a written individualized Plan of Care. Based upon a comprehensive nursing assessment, a professionally trained home health care worker will be assigned to you to assist in meeting your identified personal care and/or environmental care needs.
- The Registered Nurse will revisit every 60 days to evaluate staff performance and reassess your personal care needs.
